{"id":1454,"date":"2023-11-23T13:03:45","date_gmt":"2023-11-23T13:03:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hacktex.eu\/?p=1454"},"modified":"2023-11-23T13:06:55","modified_gmt":"2023-11-23T13:06:55","slug":"hacktex-consortium-launches-the-bootcamp-an-intensive-training-course-for-university-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hacktex.tuiasi.ro\/index.php\/2023\/11\/23\/hacktex-consortium-launches-the-bootcamp-an-intensive-training-course-for-university-students\/","title":{"rendered":"Hacktex consortium launches the Bootcamp, an intensive training course for university students!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Last week, the Hacktex project organised, in Boras, Sweden, an intensive training course named Hacktex Bootcamp. \u00a0The course, , gathered students from the 4 participating universities: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tuiasi.ro\/\">Gheorghe Asachi Technical University<\/a> from Romania, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upc.edu\/intexter\/en?set_language=en\">Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya<\/a> from Spain, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.uniwa.gr\/\">University of West Attica<\/a> from Greece and the hosting partner, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hb.se\/en\/\">University of Boras<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Before the intensive course, all students had access to the <a href=\"https:\/\/hacktex.tuiasi.ro\/index.php\/mooc\/\">virtual training<\/a> materials on smart textiles (MOOC) and the virtual guide on entrepreneurship focusing on smart textiles.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/hacktex.tuiasi.ro\/?smd_process_download=1&amp;download_id=1260\">program<\/a>, developed previously by the Hacktex consortium, counted with several dynamic activities and challenges which mixed the students from all universities. The students were divided into teams and tasked with conceptualizing smart textile products, considering their raw materials and specific technologies, as well as issues regarding the product sustainability. They also identified the specifics of the main steps to develop a business model for their respective products.
